Address Changes?

Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled.

The Peel Co cannot take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer.

Missing Parcel?

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days in New Zealand (not including public holidays) please phone your local NZ Post outlet or track your order online here. You will need the tracking number from your tracking email. If they are unable to locate your order, please email us at info@thepeelco.co.nz

All international orders are sent via DHL Express. Please use their tracking service to track your delivery here. Please only email us at info@thepeelco.co.nz if your parcel has been lost.

Taxes and Duties on Australian Orders

Australian orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival. These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of The Peel Co. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes / duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with customs regarding the tax / duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call / collect. We cannot resend product free of charge if your order gets returned to us.
