5. Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping on all New Zealand orders.
- After dispatch, orders take between 2 to 3 working days to deliver.
Allow extra time for rural deliveries. All orders will be sent via CourierPost tracked service.
Australia Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $180 NZD.
- A flat rate of $20 NZD applies for orders under $180 NZD.
- After dispatch, orders take between 3 – 5 working days to deliver.
- All orders will be sent via DHL Express tracked service.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
